VBA facilitators are extraordinary. Often clients express a desire to have this kind of expertise in house. VBA conducts two kinds of Train the Trainer offerings to make this desire a reality. 

• General training, facilitation and classroom management skills

• Hands-on, face to face instruction in delivering the Custom Courseware designed by VBA so that your organization’s trainers can deliver the content effectively throughout your organization

Train the Trainer offerings include instruction of best practices in training and facilitation as well as opportunities for participants to practice skills and receive feedback. Trainer certification is available.
