David Alba is co-founder of VBA Consulting Group, Inc. He is a skilled presenter and experienced leader in corporate training and organizational development. He has worked on many highly successful Organizational Development and Training projects with multiple clients in the public and private sector. 

Because of his outstanding presentation skills Mr. Alba was chosen to be the Master Facilitator for a training project sponsored by the Disney Institute and the American Society for Quality Control called The Stuff Americans Are Made Of, which was distributed nationally. He is a sought after speaker at local, state and international conferences including a trade mission to the American Chamber of Commerce in Kingston, Jamaica. 

David's clients include Avaya Communication where he was responsible for training employees on new electronic procurement software in ten cities throughout North America. He partnered with Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for a similar training initiative throughout the United States, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.  

David worked with Mill's Pride where he provided training for the field organization that was implementing a new sales and marketing strategy. Training included Strategic Marketing, Relationship Building and Negotiations.  

David was an integral part of deploying a custom leadership training process for Dell Computer Corporation worldwide and in so doing delivered train the trainer and training sessions on two continents. 

He also worked extensively with the City of Coral Springs where he was responsible for training City staff in an organizational effectiveness initiative that included measurement and tracking how City services can compete with privatization. The engagement culminated in the City winning the Governor's Sterling Award for Quality. The first city in the United States to win a Malcolm Baldridge based quality award.    

David also worked with the Walton County Tourism Development Commission where he was responsible for facilitating meetings among County staff and community stakeholders dealing with contentious issues in the community.

David currently works with a number of city governments and organizations conducting people development workshops for managers and employees that improve performance and productivity and build skills in dealing with customers and co-workers.
