Jan
Sullivan is recognized
for her work in developing and delivering fully integrated training programs in
a fast-paced environment at companies such as BearingPoint, Mill’s Pride, Dell
Computer Corporation, The Home Depot, Lucent Technologies and Avaya
Communications.
She has more than 25 years
experience in creating positive impacts on strategic organizational changes,
employee retention, sales and service. Her achievements in this area have
gained recognition and she was consulted as a benchmark for the Daimler
Chrysler Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Group.
Jan’s
primary areas of expertise are project management and instructional design. She
is results-driven and has a proven track record for achieving goals and
objectives that meet or exceed client expectations.
Her
clients include BearingPoint where she is the Training Lead in the State of
Florida’s initiative to implement PeopleSoft financial software for
approximately 10,000 users across the State of Florida.
She
has served as Account Manager and customer education liaison for Avaya
Communications where she was responsible for the development of instructional
design materials for Ariba e-Procurement training throughout the United States
and globally.
She
served as customer education liaison for Lucent Technologies and was
responsible for the development of instructional design materials and
supporting training presentations. She
also served as an account manager for Mill’s Pride where she worked with senior
management, sales management and internal training resources to ensure
priorities were identified and training products were executed according to
expectation.
Jan
also worked with the Walton County Tourism Development Commission where she
facilitated focus groups with several constituent groups within Walton County
as part of an assessment for Walton County Board of County Commissioners. In
addition, she co-facilitated a three-day Community Vision meeting with several
public and private constituent groups within the City of Coral Springs for the
purpose of data collection, which was used to develop the Vision Plan for the
future growth of the City.
